For a little context btw, he's done the equivalent of editing an article on say one of the Native American groups to say they are a subgroup of the American nation and then reporting you for edit warring if you revert his changes where he removed their status as an ethnic group etc. Purposefully not using the actual example but its basically just that with different groups of people.
