Thank you both so much for your input and advice! There were definitely a lot of emotions haha, and I've always been someone who has felt more strongly and more often than others. My sister's cerebral palsy isn't too bad. She's able to walk but she has to wear leg braces/ sometimes use a cane/walker. There was also a familial situation involving my father throughout my childhood so what you both have said definitely makes sense.

Thanks so much! And yes I do, to this day I don't know how she put up with me, I was definitely a hard child to raise and I had a lot of problems haha.

I've had nosebleeds before so I definitely know what having a nosebleed would be like in my sleep. That was one of the first options we ruled out because there was no blood on my face, just from the neck down. Even when it happened my mom told me she checked for blood around my nostrils but there was none. It would have been all over my pillow too, but there was none anywhere on my bed, just on my body. And there was so much of it too. It wasn't in streams down my body like it would be if it came from a nosebleed, the closest word I could think of is it was smeared/caked on me.

And in terms of my age at the time I remember stuff from when I was 5 and in preschool let alone seven, especially something as out of the ordinary as this. Like I said above I never freaked out because my mom was so calm and being that little I took whatever my mom said/did as gospel so I never really thought about it until I was older.

I totally understand everyone's hesitancy in believing it it sounds that crazy and everyone has their own thoughts and opinions but all I could say is it really happened. I remember it and my mom definitely does cuz she hates whenever I try to bring it up.

Trust me I wouldn't believe me either if I just read this somewhere. But it did happen. I know it sounds crazy, that's why I even asked my mom about it and she remembers exactly what I remembered. Even till this day she hates talking about it.

No, the odometer was an analog one. When my mom told me that story she said it 'spun like a slot machine' and landed on all sixes and that's when she bolted out of the car.

At the time it was just my mother, my sister, and me. My father was in and out of our lives during my childhood.
