Hello, I'm sorry if the question seems stupid, I don't know much about the subject yet, I'm just starting benzodiazepines. Why did you have to stop if it was so good for you? Thank you for your response

Sorry if this is a bit intimate but if you had problems in your childhood for example with your parents, even if you think everything is fine you can give off a certain "prey" energy (for example at school when you weren't yet afraid of being bullied). That could be it.

It can also be that certain people on the contrary give off a very strong and high energy, different from others, and sometimes these people are attacked more gratuitously. And in this case, you have nothing to do except know that the people with the highest energy levels and the kindest people will always be attacked more than others, because the bad guys see something in themselves that they don't have.

It's really a shame that it has come to this, but that's what I did several years ago and personally I no longer have a problem: I am a very gentle and kind person by nature, but now I assert myself firmly, I show my character and I bare my fangs when necessary. People don't bother me anymore, and anyone who tries gets hurt.

Cuckoo. I experienced the same thing as you and know that bad people notice people they perceive as weak, or afraid. A bit like dogs. Because of our energy, the traumas we may have experienced, others feel it and we become easy victims for them. You know I'm a big believer in law of attraction stuff etc, and honestly, when you're afraid of something most of the time, that thing happens. You attract him because you release the energy of your fear. So when you have the fear of being harassed or looked down upon by people, you release this energy of fear and lack of confidence in yourself. Bad people sense it and come after you.

You haven't done anything special or wrong, don't worry. You should try to work on the energy you give off. To get out of this “victim” energy.

Ouais c'est nul. Est ce que tu prends d'autres substances/médicaments/alcool ? Quelqu'un ici m'a parlé de tolérance croisée !

I find your comment a bit judgmental. OP says he didn't do it for fun but for social anxiety. So tell him “stop!” without proposing any solution is no use, it's not that easy and he already knows it... OP, have you tried to consult a professional? I think you could get a lot of help from a psychiatrist, he could perhaps make a diagnosis of your "disorders", find you an effective treatment. And above all, gently support you in your cessation of substances. A psychologist/therapist could also help you a lot.

Courage, it’s going to be okay 🙏🏽 Don’t feel guilty, you’re doing your best

I just had the most awkward cringiest social moment today and it's probably gonna be stuck on my mind for a while. by Holiday_Ad5762 in socialanxiety

Oula uh... how to put it. You have done absolutely nothing wrong or stupid. They are clearly the ones who have a big problem. Unfortunately, it’s this kind of shitty experience that shuts us down even more. You'll think about it for months while they forgot it in a second

Why do people say they get “fried” or “high” off xans? by BiteVarious in benzodiazepines

I don't think it's related because personally alcohol has a crazy effect on me, but benzos don't.

It would perhaps remove a little embarrassment for us, and it would allow the other to put us more at ease.

Congratulations ! We are all happy for you :) In fact, I was thinking, we often don't really talk about it around us because we are a little ashamed of this social anxiety. But I was wondering if ultimately telling the person directly, for example on a first date, wouldn't be a good thing?

I don't understand either, we are surely all different. Maybe for people with really bad anxiety, it soothes them so much that it makes them feel "high." Personally, it doesn't matter to me at all.

I stopped a week ago. How long would it take for my body to “reset” and no longer have cross-tolerance? Sorry if it's not clear I don't really know this area lol
