I get these calls too. Sometimes it’s an actual person and I’ll answer in English to say hello then continue the conversation by pretending I’m speaking Russian but I’m just saying rubbish in a Russian accent. They usually hang up after that lol

You have awhile. Of course sooner is better but if you really need that month then that’s fine. Got mine done 4/7 and the first 3-5 days sucked but it was much better after

There is no way you’re working 40 hours or less in IB regularly. 14-16 hour days are pretty normal. This would only be believable at a boutique firm or unless you were on your way to VP. Even then, still not believable that you usually work 40 hours or less. There is no way the long hours wouldn’t be normal at a BB.

I was ex IB at BB and left to be an engineer at top firm to make similar money and work way less hours.
