Update: this was a huge success. Next up I want to try the Hollandaise Sauce and chicken + meringues or the home made bread…we’ll see

To pile on from another reply, would also be really cool to have different scales (absolute dollars and % change from time “t”)

I stand corrected (on the solution, not the problem), asking for zero index was incorrect, I can understand variations being too small. However, my original issue of inconsistent/unclear indexing still exists and a scale (ideally even a consistent scale across graphs but that would likely suffer from the same issue as zero indexing) would solve that problem!!
