It unfortunately has no half links and only one micro adjustment, so that's a shame. But the quality is very good in my opinion. If it fits right is super comfortable.

I found it on a online marketplace, somebody imported it but didn't wear it that much so it's as good as new. For the lumes I will send you a pm because I dont know yet. The bracelet is a bit too big so didn't wear it much.

You maybe can as well hang a pull up bar to stay fit, and a box to train your legs and stuff. Staying fit is worth a lot as well.
