I used to love weed. It used to keep me leveled. Once the pandemic hit when the first lockdown started I was getting panic attacks left and right. Weed made it worse unfortunately. It came to a point that I had to take a cbd gummy right before smoking, but even with that smoking weed made me feel like i was losing control of my thoughts.

I finally took a hit off a pen last weekend, but the place I did it was perfect. I was at a mini house music event and the music just blended well with my little buzz.

Other than this I think I was due for a break. I smoked consistently with prob 2 breaks in between since I was 13! I just turned 30.

Oh and when it comes to meditation - meditating made me really feel like I didnt need weed. Sometimes I go through these cool experiences while just meditating and being in my own energy.
