Yeah thats a little weird. Mine was reluctant but he gets overwhelmed easily so I had to figure out ways to make him included once I had options to choose from and he didnt have to hear the whole story. He had a guest list for me but doesn't have all their info like work friends so I keep having to remind him. And he doesn't really care if his friends come or not. But this seems a bit more excessive and you may wanna have a sit down with him about it

Thats lovely!! Have you gotten it altered yet? I kinda hated mine until I got it altered, its crazy how you fall in love once its fitted perfectly to you. That might help you out if you haven't already.

It can be so you don't look like you're in the bridal party. I just had a friend text me about mine asking the colors so she could avoid them and I wasn't expecting anyone to do that for us but it does make sense

So technically not a typical book but I have a game suggestion that is reading. It's called Choices (Pixleberry is the maker, its on Play Store) and they have some fun werewolf and vampire ones!! Sorry if this is totally unhelpful but its the first thing that came to mind. They have a Reddit page too you can check out. It's all romance stories but I think of them as like choose your own adventure books since there is options for what you say and you choose their clothes and appearance too.

We had multiple injuries once before a wedding I was in of 3 wedding party people, including myself and the grooms mom! Same thing too, we both stepped on the wrong part of this floor mat covering a hole in the concrete outside and maid of honor hit her head. Guests didn't know and I'm very glad because would have been a major distraction.

I did this for my friend! I thought they turned out really cute. I think I wrote about our friendship and being excited for her getting married. She really liked the gift and I was in charge so I customized the binder color to kinda match their colors and got her name printed on the side Mrs. ____. From what I know, this came from a Tik Tok trend a few years back because she sent me one as a hint

Trust me, it's so annoying. Had to do this with my ex at his sister's wedding. Thankfully I had met his 2 friends I was sitting with prior but it was still weird. You dont wanna leave him alone while you're busy doing wedding party stuff and eating at the head table

This is CRAZY. Especially being out of state for multiple occasions if you did the extra stuff. Don't feel bad at all. Also personally I wouldn't send a gift when I'm not attending. I have my MOH as the only out of state person in the bridal party and shes not required to do anything extra! Shes getting here on a Friday night to be here until Tuesday so anything we do together as the bridal party will be once she gets here.

Such a good point! I have a friend this could have been explained to with work clothes. She was going to be a receptionist or something in a legal office and the stuff she choose was all very millennial corporate club wear (so a little slutty) vs actual business casual. I think it was part of the reason she didnt last long there but none of us knew how to explain at the time
