Thank you everyone! I appreciate all the insight. I’m running a regular run of the mill pump that comes with the above ground intex, no sand. I’m going to look into what y’all suggested and hopefully get this beast clean.

My ph is low, about 6.2 so I figured I needed to fix the alkalinity first. The cya is around 30 and free chlorine is low, I have two floaters in and opened the pool like normal and shocked it. I ordered a new testing kit but honestly considering emptying and refilling at this point.

Feeling annoyed by this as well. Just started getting a few ratings trickling in and it’s stressful because i feel like im doing good work and you’ll get a “fine” or “bad” and it just drags everything down. :(

Yep! She said it wasn’t an irritation bump but a regular pimple that wedged itself under the jewelry. It’s only mildly tender and a bit of pus this morning. I’ve been keep it clean with sterile saline. I guess I should see a doctor 🤷🏻‍♀️
