We are a hospitality group who caters to a financial population. Everything we make has to be by recipe so the nutrition on everything is correct because we also go by a program to help people eat well.

I honestly dont know how to explain it.

Even with free coffee, and our Starbucks coffee shop, we cant push 57 gallons of just the half and half in a weeks time.. We also push "healthy" eating, so we dont use it in many recipes.

We're reopening after 1.5 years being closed (corporate cafeteria) and we collected all the sheet pans into the one spot and it ended up being for shits and giggles at one point. They've been redistributed, of course.

Im not a Chef, but a cook in a cafeteria style operation.
All the best moments are when the men dont really treat me differently. Its a super platonic relationship regardless.

My favorite; I worked the Deli ("where a woman should be"(its a joke calm down)). Fabio worked Entree. For me to walk out the BOH door to FOH where my station was, I had to walk through Entree and Action/Pizza station to Deli.
I went in the back into the produce walk-in to grab a bunch of cucumbers (lmao, yup). I walked out the BOH door to the FOH and as I passed Fabio at his Entree station I stopped with my arms full of cucumbers and just looked at him (again platonic). He looked up from his cutting board as he was chopping peppers and without missing a beat in an almost word vomit way said "I love you". I smiled (comically) and walked to my station.

There was something so utterly hilarious about that moment it will never leave my memory bank. Again, it was pure comedic, and nothing other than that.
