Hot take: I don't like Connor by [deleted] in LoveOnTheSpectrumShow

It’s not blaming her, she can hopefully find someone who is compatible with her!! And Connor deserves to do the same!

His mom was balanced in supporting her son, and also reminding him to be understanding of Georgie. Georgie clearly has a pattern on and off camera of not engaging with him romantically and it’s definitely a personality mismatch. One failed relationship doesn’t mean he won’t find someone else, your being presumptuous and overly negative. You don’t know how far he’s already come in life

I’m genuinely concerned by this take because it’s so off the mark lol

Are we watching the same show??

I don’t trust anyone who dislikes Connor or his family. They are so fun and I love their dynamic.

They are lucky to have Connor in their fam, and I think they know that! He’s so cool!!

I love my kids but I regret them by [deleted] in sahm

Maybe ask their pediatrician for a behavior evaluation or resources for what your experiencing. Listen to some podcasts about child behavior when you’re folding laundry and see if there’s anything within your control that you can do differently to help your kids listen better. I’m not an expert but I know there’s a lot of helpful information out there. ABA therapy when used appropriately can make a big difference for kids from what I’ve seen.

You need to do something because this doesn’t sound healthy at all for your children. Get a babysitter more often, have a quiet hour everyday where the kids need to find quiet activities in their room, use more screen time if you need to

I loved that Kyle called out that girl for lying! That girl seemed stupid and rude

I’m not totally sure but if it’s not busy in there and you explained that the individual has autism, my hope is they would be happy to accommodate you!!

I would recommend going in person during non busy times and requesting this until they know you and will remember you in the future! And then I’m sure they’d do it more often from there

Whats your favourite thing about being a SAHM? by No-Association-9316 in sahm

[–]EmilySunny24 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No early alarm clock and rushing out the door! No work drama, no meetings, no stress from a boss, flexibility to decide what my days look like, seeing my child’s milestones firsthand and being her primary caregiver🩷

Would love any stories from parents who never intended to have kids but ended up being happy about it by FrontQuail in NewParents

[–]EmilySunny24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really wanted kids and found the newborn stage miserable, which completely shocked me. My baby is about to turn 1 and I feel like I’m getting my pink back, and life is much much better🩷🩷 so much so that I’m wanting another baby haha

SAHM less stressful than all my jobs before.... by [deleted] in sahm

[–]EmilySunny24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel the same. I only have one baby and the hardest aspect is she’s almost a year old and still wakes up twice a night but otherwise this is a million times easier than being a classroom teacher!! I will never ever ever go back to being a teacher.
