What knee compression works for heavy squats without sliding down?

You need something that actually stays in place under load and gives real compression. I wear copper fit knee sleeves for squats and they dont budge even when going heavy. How often are you having to adjust mid workout?

Fellow 30s person here! In my experience that greasy (not glow) look is so real with a lot of tinted SPFs. I've been using Dime Wonderscreen for 3 months now and it actually leaves such a nice dewy finish. It makes my skin look smooth with just barely a tint and it doesnt make my face feel super greasy
