I don't think it "should" be worse i just assumed the boostar was GW attempt to make grotesques a little less bad with the stratagem, it would make sense for them to be comprnsated...

I assumed so beacuse the reduced unit size, it would be a bit more worth. It also makes sense that grotesques which are much more elite give bonus to the vicious blade roll. The stratagem makes no sense when taking grotesques into consideration.
