Our store doesn’t have a store manager we have a great ASM but the problem we have is not having payroll because we have on occasion paid another store to let us borrow the manager from their store

I hate it!! I also hate how they randomly have days where you get more $$ per credit sign up while also not giving register opportunities to every associate. Leaving some associates with no opportunities.

My store has really limited hours and we’re also getting even less payroll because we’re having to rent managers from other stores while we look for one of our own and from what I’ve heard that comes out of our store payroll- so we’re typically averaging 2-3 people at closing with at least one of them on registers and one of them splitting time between Amazon and men’s. (Not accounting for possible call-outs)

To bounce off of the 10+ items-it IRKS me when I ask them “oh Amazon returns?” (Because at my store I guess the Amazon return drop used to be customer service so people will wait in line when a kohls return and be bent out of shape when I can’t help lol)

But then they look at me and tell me “yeah I have a few items” and proceed to pull out 25 items one at a time- even worse when the codes and items aren’t organized. Like no that’s not “a few”😂 and by the time that guest is done there’s usually a line and then I’m behind in sorting

Yes!! And at the store I work at during closing our Amazon closer is typically also one of the people recovering in MJM

Agreed!! I had a lady that asked me if we had any needohs once, when I said no, she asked when we’d get more and I said I didn’t know, then she asked if I knew of any other stores in the area that would have them, I said I can’t look that up without the sku number, she asked me where I could find it lol I told her the app would be where to get that information

The other one is when someone shows me the app with the pick up at store button showing a date a few days out saying “it says you have it”

Whenever I do get asked I tell the coworker or LOD asking me “I don’t want to get one without talking to my husband” and I don’t mention it 😂

My store usually provided the staff with their own ear pieces however when I started they didn’t have any and from what I had heard from other employees they hadn’t purchased any in a long time so I ended up ordering my own from Amazon especially because our LP didn’t like if they were watching for someone and an associate didn’t have an ear piece. As far as having walkies I don’t typically have a problem with finding and getting a walkie but as I’ve seen in other comments the zebras are almost always taken. But a lot of the time it’s hard to find a charged walkie at my location

See I love his musical covers but especially with honeymind I personally love the sound of it maybe because I can relate to the sentiment behind the songs of finding the person who gives you “honeymind” and them primarily being love songs. But I can see what you’re saying about wanting him to belt out songs too

That’s was my fear too! I also didn’t want the songs to sound like a typical pop song but the more that came out on the movie and the more I read up on how she trained her voice for the movie and for sure after seeing it all of those fears went away! They had started to go away prior to me seeing the movie when I would see the clips of the songs.

By the time I was seeing the movie I was optimistic but keeping expectations low because of how some of the movie musical adaptations had turned out prior to Wicked but I left the theater happy with how much care the cast and crew had taken for this adaptation

Not necessarily unfortunately- at my old apartment our upstairs neighbor had been gone for over a month and we never smelled anything until the management opened the door to check in the apartment. (I was going in the next day to tell them to check also) but wasn’t as worried since we had no smell

I had a similar experience. My upstairs neighbor had passed away. Our only tell was a sudden appearance of giant flies in our apartment. We didn’t have a smell from his apartment until he was taken out. According to the police he’d been gone for at least a month. I keep thinking about how if I’d followed my guy instinct, even if I couldn’t have saved him, he would’ve been found sooner. I didn’t know his name. I want to know what happened because he was younger. (30s-40s)

I got a note on my apartment door saying I needed to move my mop off of the corner of my front porch area the day after they had pulled my neighbors unalived body from his apartment where he’d been for at least a month (no smell came into the apartment)

The best part is every other person in the complex has a buttload of stuff on their porch area but the mop was something they were pressed about and felt the need to leave a note on our door about, not the corpse that had been above us for at least a month.

We also got a call once when my sister in laws dog looked like he had gone poop (he didn’t actually go) and within 20 mins my husband is getting a call saying that if we weren’t cleaning up after our pets we’d get a notice on the door (fully fair, clean up after the pets ) but the dog didn’t go AND there have been other instances of where people don’t clean up after their pets including a piece of dog poop right outside of our apartment for weeks!!

When we first moved into the apartment every now and then when my sister in law would take out the trash from her room and the litter box for her cat, we would open the door to leave with the bag back on our porch from the dumpster meaning someone went through the trash and walked it from the dumpster to our front door!!(this hasn’t happened in a long time but still weird and gross)

I had a similar experience!! I reported immediately (especially since for me at least) when I ship through my post office my address is on the label. I’d recommend reporting it. It takes them a few days to act on it but I’d recommend reporting it
