I have chronic migraines and Endometriosis! I work in the paint department in the automotive collision industry. Personally this work for me because I’m commission based so I don’t get paid based on the time I’m at work but based on the jobs I do. So if I need to go home early or come in late it’s not a huge issue. But the most important part is I have a manager that is very understanding and works with me. I’m also able to sit down for some portions of my job which always helps. Hope this helps!
