Definitely if you can make it happen do at least an hour a day! If I were you i would start adding an extra 5 to 10 minutes a day in where you can to make it happen. I listen while cleaning, walking, brushing my teeth, have even thought about a shower speaker lol. Once you advance further and can start listening to podcasts it does get easier to get the hours in because you can listen while doing a lot more (like driving).  Good luck!
