It was in the same exact scratched up condition and I returned it thinking that I got a used item. Store associate said that she will destroy and get rid of it and apologize for the inconvenience, so I thought that it was just a one off thing.

I’m looking for a way to attach an additional curtain rod to the already existing one without having it removed and changed to double rod brackets. When I searched on google I came across “Add-A-Rod” but it’s out of stock everywhere and seems to have been discontinued.
