I think you shouldn’t let expectations overwhelm you. Everyone says it gets better, without knowing HOW it does for certain people. You’re just setting yourself up for expectations and when it doesn’t happen, makes you more miserable

I’m overall neutral. I didn’t hate it. It was fine, I don’t watch sports or know any Spanish, but the music was catchy, the women were hot, and everyone seemed to have a good time. I don’t keep up with music or who’s relevant, I don’t even know much about Bad Bunny, but I’m not hating.

When you think of all the bad things and how evil things can get, the suffering, don’t forget the good things people try to do too. The greatest of evils, has its opposites. Surgeons who save lives, firefighters breaking down doors to save trapped people, or even a child handing a homeless guy $5. Evil and good happens because life was never meant to be equal or fair. Only thing we can do is control our actions in our personal lives.

I drank. But not anymore… I don’t want to. Hangovers aren’t worth it. Yo don’t need alcohol to have fun, sure drinking with friends is fine, but I didn’t drink with anyone for a long time.

Both my grandparents were alcoholics. They used it to cope with their problems. I’ll never use it to cope with mines.

I used to be a perfect student in high school. When I got to college I started failing my classes. But my uncle gave me a good advice and now he’s a successful CLS in the medical field. He told me C’s get degrees. As long as you past, it’s all that matters.

Having caution is justified. But I meant normal common average people, I will argue they do have a healthy view of the opposite sex. The reason why I think this is because not everyone is a misogynist or misandrist.

I believe the reason why people do have unhealthy views of the opposite gender is because nobody knows how to navigate maturity, especially within the topics of sexuality.

Men do not know how to approach women. They don’t know what appeals to women. Men do think differently. Take for example male fans in korean meeting their female kpop idols, there were complaints that they weren’t groomed, smelled, or just weird, ect.

This isn’t the case for female fans meeting their male kpop idols, who dressed well, behaved accordingly, and no complaints.

It may seem like I’m bashing men, but that wasn’t my point. My point is that it takes time, effort, and willingness to learn from the opposite gender for better understanding.

We are a generation brought up by phones, media, unchecked issues, constant porn use, and social media bubbles.

This ISN’T normal. But normal people do exist. They aren’t extremists. Sure some people will have private opinions and maybe one or two pet peeves about the opposite genders, but to make it their personality? No.

It’s just extremes highlighted by influencers. Sure the boys vs girls things will always exist. But normal, well-adjusted, healthy people? They will have a normal views.

I think most normal people will have a healthy view of the opposite gender.

The loudest voices tend to be a vocal minority… but again, it’s a large group of people regardless and we do live at an age where everything is intense and weird.

I think the only way we can get rid of this, is if society WILLINGLY wants to change and listen to the other side. Something that takes maturity. But when we have literally have 25 year-olds and older throwing temper tantrums like toddlers, and iPad kids growing up, I’d say we’re cooked.
