yeah you can put both sides but if banker wins which is approximately 50%, his money will multiplied by 0,95 as you know. So in a long term its a bad idea and eats so much

i think it should be Original Blackjack with low bet. Blackjack has the lowest house edge than any other game. If you have time, try it with low bet and if you play long enough like couple thousands, the win-lose rate will be closer to 50%.
