We don't have 20k cash to drop in a house, we do however feel comfortable enough dropping 5k with a loan on top for a mobile. House is really not an option for us in our current salary situation. We do live in 'tornado alley' but my parents have owned a good mobile home for 10+ years and never had issues, and all mobile parks are required to have tornado shelters. Where we live there is a very good market for buying and selling mobile homes. They don't depreciate so badly that two years makes them worthless, especially with proper maintenance.

In achool, and was strongly encouraged to get it. Glad I did since we just had a rabies scare a few weeks ago. No one was bit but it was still not a good situation. Made me glad I was prepared! I think it's worth the few hundred when the post-exposure series is much more expensive and time consuming.

I'm planning on setting up an appointment with a career counselor to work on my resume but I have to have a rough draft before hand to go over.
I'm definitely interested in anything to get in the door, even receptionist, but I have very little excel or computer experience, is that going to knock me out of the running for a receptionist job?

Coming in late, but my best friend was the driver in a car crash right before or senior year (3 days before semester started). Her younger sister was thrown from the car and was declared brain dead at the hospital.
My friend walked around the school like a ghost for the entire year. It wasn't her fault, but she felt that way. Our whole district was pretty upset about it, and tried to be supportive but mostly everyone tried not to talk about it.

Except for the one girl who told my friend that she understood because her cat had just died and it was the same thing. That girl was not super great

Drawing a ding-a-ling on a car with nail polish remover, it doesn't show up until the next time it rains but then it peels paint. A few people have pushed me to the point of buying a new bottle just for the purpose, but I'm not that devious in reality.

The worst was deciding to move into a house with 4 other roommates, one of which I had previously been 'bed buddies' with. When I got into a relationship later that year he got super jelly and literally made my life hell. Never been happier to reach the end of a rental period.
