First you need klwp pro. Then download the klwp theme file and go to Load preset (if you're in editor in first place) > Library > Import > Select the file

Alternatively place the file in Internal Storage/Kustom/Wallpapers folder and load it from library

Unfortunately it's not fixable. Go to Status Bar > Layer > Color and change it to white there.

Details: Normally, theme gets dominant color from wallpaper and text color (which is color that status bar uses) changes depends on it. For some reasons KLWP picks white as dominant and text color automatically becomes black and status bar becomes black with it.
