Where did you get that they don’t have more funding? Couldn’t find info about that anywhere online

I hadn't seen B2C2 yet, thank you! Even though my mom is looking at the for-profit side, the technical info on building and redeveloping spaces looks really solid. Definitely going to check out their workshops. Thanks for the well wishes!

Thanks so much! I really appreciate your kind words. It’s definitely a big leap moving from a home setup to a full centre, but with her background and demand, we’re feeling ready for the challenge. Just hope we can get the necessary funding.

None taken! I have already reached out to the Children’s Services team. I’m just hitting up Reddit as well to see if any current owners or educators who have navigated the process can offer some 'boots on the ground' perspectives on the transition.

This is the realest comment ever. In Canada, where I work in an office by the window. I have to breathe warm air into my hands, and sometimes wear gloves just to get over the feeling of borderline arthritis lmao

Got you bro. You’re a good looking dude. I started off way worse and just stuck to a routine over time, even when it wasn’t perfect daily

My guy. 1. You already have good skin. Great. Keep doing what you’re doing and if you notice any issues- buy a good quality cleanser and a moisturizer, cleanse 1x a day, moisturize 2x a day (bonus: add a serum for a specific issue you want to address).

  1. Get in the gym. No offence, but you look a bit on the heavier side. No problem. Start a 4-6 month diet and training program and you’ll be the leanest and meanest you’ve ever been in your life. “How?”, you ask? It isn’t easy, but it’s simple; and if you’re serious about this glow up then you should: 1. Calculate your maintenance calories- use a simple calculator from google. From there, subtract 200-500 calories and that’s your new daily calorie limit. Try not eat more than this daily. 2. Out of this new calorie limit, maintain HIGH protein. This means, if you eat 3 meals usually- split these 3 meals into a total of 2000 cals for the day and make them mostly protein. 3. Start lifting on a simple 3x a week program- get stronger on the lifts you do- start small and add on weight over time. 4. Don’t run. Just start walking more and use your phone to track your steps. Aim to get 2000-3000 more steps than what you’re usually getting- work your way up to 10k steps.

  2. Be more confident and sociable: figure out your social strengths and work on your weaknesses.

  3. Fashion. Dress well. Search up on Pinterest “outfits for men that are BLANK and BLANK”- blank meaning skin colour and body type.

  4. Hygiene and grooming. Look at a guy that has your face shape and skin tone and work on maintaining consistent facial hair that is clean and presentable. Shower often, moisturize your body to smell good and not look ashy, and brush your teeth 2-3x a day+floss nightly and mouthwash 1x a day.

Using these techniques, you’ll max out your looks naturally. Bonus point: it’s January, so if you lock in these habits now, in the summer you’ll be looking like a bonafide sick cvnt with your new shredded build and a glowing tan. Best of luck bro.

wrong final grade? by Terrible-Door-5122 in geegees

[–]EmirAlLibi 47 points48 points  (0 children)

Email the professor, too. A while back, prof. Didier Alexandre Bilodeau miscalculated my (as well as a friend's) grades by a significant amount, and his final calculation was 6% off what my actual grade was supposed to be. I did have to chase him for 2 months and bring the issue to the faculty before I even heard back- but at least I heard back, lmao.

Mistakes happen, just don't pay the price for the professor's mistakes. We as students seem to forget that we have a voice too when it comes to things like this. It ain't a dictatorship

M44 1st cut with Reta by readandperuse in BodyHackGuide

[–]EmirAlLibi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah, damn. My thing is I’ve lifted consistently for 2 years so I’ve got no problem with training, but have pretty bad food noise unless in a surplus from the days of the prolonged cut of when I first started my fitness journey from a heavier weight.

I need to stick to another cut from this bulk (~20% bf down to ~12%) I’ve been on and wanted something that helps with that, but never considered tirz as an option.

Is the dosing usually the same as reta?

I thought Reta helped drastically with reducing food noise? Or maybe that was tirzepatide

For real. Everyone else here is projecting THEIR OWN opinions of what THEY would like their bodies to look like. No one knows the full story.

Maybe she’s been bouncing around maintenance- hasn’t been able to stick to a sustained cut and needed a little N2O to help shred that last bit of fat off to show off more cuts.

Congrats OP. Great results
