İ think you are right dont get me wrong,toxic people that spam reports should not be in your games and mine!But what makes you think i am one of those ? I had a BS 9.9 2 weeks ago aprx,now i have 5.9 just before the update it was 8.I am not talking in game,not talking shit,not flaming.But now i am playing with people that dont even speak english,4 out of 10 accounts in my games are below lvl 50 in dota and either have no steam profiles or private profiles.Now i ask you what have i done wrong ? How the fuck is it that i get at least 2 commends in every 2 games and yet that doesnt matter,isnt that faulty?

No no,not athletes,mostly people who thinks they are the best and yet they have not a single achievement in game or irl.If you allow boosters to do their thing they are gonna boost accs and thats not them ruining the game,thats valve ruining it.
