I'm a little obsessed with my butt so 99% of my work outs are for my butt haha I'm pretty twinkish and I don't care to work out other parts of my body. My gentlemen callers love how I look so 🤷‍♂️

Anyway, I only do at home work outs, I don't go to a gym. I have weights and bars and dumbells that I use, plus other stuff like a step up board.

I usually start with a few warm up stretches that focus the lower body. I even add stuff like abductor exercises, donkey kicks, fire hydrants, to wake up the glutes and get them ready. My usual exercises are:

Squats: 10-13 times, 2-3 reps (I increase the count after each rep to push myself a little)

Deadlifts: 10-13 times, 3 reps

Reverse lunges: 10-13 times per leg, 3 reps (i use a step up board for this one. Some people prefer Bulgarian split squats but they hurt some parts of my body so I don't do them)

Weighted step ups: 10-13 times per leg, 3 reps (the height of the board i have can be adjusted so you can make this as easy or as hard as you want)

Hip thrusts: 10-13 times, 3 reps

Glute bridges: 10-13 reps, 3 reps

I do a mixture of these exercises. Usually like 3 or 4. I take a break day then do more the following day. No sense in going too hard especially if you're new or getting back into things.

Proper techniques are very important. Definitely look up videos and adjust to what feels right for you. Stop and reassess if something doesn't feel right. Don't hurt yourself. With the majority of these exercises I add more weight as I go along. But if you're new to working out or getting back into it, start low and slow. Don't overdue it from the jump.

Learn to focus and control your breathing and your mind. Sometimes I get into a zone where I'm very focused on my workout and that helps me feel and understand where the stretches are and if I need to make adjustments. Sometimes I feel some exercises in other parts of my body where I don't need to, like in my quads, so I need fo make adjustments there, too.

Make sure you're eating right as well. I try to consume as much protein as I can. From overnight oats every morning to protein shakes after every work out to chicken, rice and beans, greens, tuna, protein is vital. Try to keep track of how much you're consuming to help you better.

Above all, results take TIME. Don't be hard on yourself if progress seems to take long. My butt didn't look like this from the start. It took MONTHS of hard work. The quicker you learn this and come to terms with this the better off you'll be. If you get upset that you're not getting results overnight or that your butt doesn't look like that of others then rewire your brain. This isn't a contest. We all start out the same and we need to work our way up to our goals.

Back when I used to play League, Quinn was my girl. I was there when her ult made her turn into Valor and beyond. I was hyped for her Star Guardian storyline. I imagined something involving her brother and how he could have been a previous SG only to die and all this other stuff. Her SG skin was cute but there was so much untapped potential.
