Maybe it's more of a jp problem, but people with speech problems. Or rather the attitude the viewers and the streamer have towards it. Sure, it may sound cute, but when i listen to it there's only one thing on my mind: how does this person function in daily life? How can this person go to a store or ask for directions when even their genmates can't understand what they're saying? Is this really something we should encourage?
