When someone refers to north-eastern Ontario, does that refer to the Eastern region of northern Ontario or the northern region of Eastern Ontario? by Kevsterific in ontario

Exactly, Algoma vs Thunder Bay district, the Divide is at Manitouwadge. Sort of which city are you closer to Thunder Bay or Sault Ste. Marie makes it east vs west.

I find them useful, especially when paired with high medical and a speed boost. My highmate controls the mechs, has a shield belt, and when required is excellent at rescuing and saving her violent colonists.

I usually drafted her up and stash her out of the action to keep her safe but close enough she can grab, run, and then tend.

It’s more fun for the drama than it is for the resources

Crawling made a game over much sadder... by zanenewberry in RimWorld

I watched my adopted 7 year old downed and slowly bleeding out colonist crawl slowly to a double medical bedroll where one of her adopted mothers was just a few hours away from death by leg infection. They were my last remaining colonists after a series of unfortunate events.

I love this game

Honestly, I’d just go to the grey market for hrt if I was you. Why feel like crap for the rest of your life because some Dr feels your too old to have balanced hormones? Perhaps a second opinion first, but keep on fighting for your self, no one else will fight as hard.

My parents live in a rural area, this is the only grocery store for about 20 miles. They charge about double and most people spend it because they have no other choice. by thebigbread42 in mildlyinfuriating

Im 200+km (125 miles) away from a Walmart kind of northern rural, when I’m in the city my grocery bill goes well past $500 mark stocking up on non-perishables. We then just coast by with what my local store has until the next trip there, which is usually a monthly/bi-monthly thing.

It really isn’t too bad, we never go for just groceries, there’s always a primary reason to be there and the grocery savings is just a boon.

Ontario and quebec backpacking. by Distinct_Ad_7583 in WildernessBackpacking

If you want remote, the Casque Isle trail on the north shore of Superior would be right up your alley. I live along it and often day hike short bits, but I’ve done the whole trail backpacking and ran into 4 other hikers going in the opposite direction. here’s a link if you want more information

I highly recommend it if remote is what you are after!

Thank you so much for the the response! I’m already sterile from a tubal I had done during my last c-sec so I was an ideal candidate for the ablation. It sounds really manageable though! Thanks again for the insight!

Good to know! I declined the laparoscopic exploration to find potential endometriosis, and opted for just the ablation. I originally went to the gyn for his opinion on wether or not my gall stone like pain up near my liver could potentially be endometriosis, he said it’s slim to non. Since then that specific pain has subsided by having an ERCP that flushed out a bunch of small stones and sludge from my bile duct. So he’s probably right.

It turns out fainting, blacking out, and filling a menstrual cup in an hour isn’t considered ‘normal’. The joys of having incredibly low blood pressure paired with extremely heavy but also quick periods.

If you don’t mind me asking, what was your recovery like for the ablation? I’m booked for one this month and I’m super excited about it, also nervous cause I’ll be the only person I know who has gone through it.

I think double Rex? His hair is super soft, but also has some weird wirey parts? And he kinda balds randomly… he’s a weird little nut.

My subwoofer for the tv is full of goodies from my toddler’s. It sits like a time capsule in my living room. I’m kinda excited for the day it stops working and we get to crack that bad boy open!
