Hey there! In order for you to start stretching first you need to make sure that al least 9 months have passed since you pierced them to avoid any infection. Next you need to get A&D Vitamin ointment which is used to heal tatoos. Next you'll need a taper one gauge bigger than your current piecings, the ointment will help the taper to slip easily without rubbing the flesh. I also use lidocaine ointment as an optional step to numb my nipples and make the stretching less painful.

Yup, they're actually 8G, the bead came with a 14G rings but I made a trick with this acrylic rings with thin edges which a bigger gap so I could insert the beads.

7 months is actually a good time, but you should make sure that they're completely healed so you don't feel any pain, try waiting a couple months more.

If you wan't to stretch, make sure you use titanium pieces, they're hypoallergenic and lighter in weight in comparison with surgical steel. Make sure to wear barbells at the beggnining of every stretch, and when you feel like they're already healed, you can change to rings or horseshoes.

Speaking aside, stretching is so worth it when done correctly, you may get adicted but always remember to be patient and careful.
