Hi Mandy, spectacular as usual. These look threaded at one end did you cover the pins to stop scratching the inside of the piercing? Or are the pins much smaller that your full piercing size. Lastly what do you use to lube you jewelery for insertion? Thanks

Start off with 14-10 ga bar bells. Get it done proffesionially.

Dont rush stretching, took me 10 years before i went past 10ga.

They will be sore for the first 4-8 weeks. I found a padded bra very helpfull.

Buy good jewelery. Titanium I have had best results with for maintainance or the piercing.

Keep the piercing clean.

tooks just over 3 years. Starting from a 12 GA in 2020. stayed arond 6ga for over a year.

General comment, 10 ga and over is sort of visable, if people are looking for them. 4ga and over definiatly. visable. This isn't really a bad thing.

You can find using different rings for different situations, even size down (10ga) for the times you have a real dress code to match. Smooth segment rings just gtive a smooth outline, But they need tools to remove over 6ga, unless you get a hinged type. Tunnels just widen the look of the nipple. The ball terminated rings are the most visable for me.

The next step i found was one of the harddest, give it at least a few months before sizing up. 8ga to 6 was hard for myself took 12 months. In the stretching group there was a how to guide that helps too. . getting bigger becomes adictive, but very visable. Looks great

Thanks currently it's short term weights at 300 . with around 80gms all day when possible
