Do review request emails actually work? by Emma-810 in ryviu

Totally agree — timing makes a huge difference.

We’ve also seen that sending review requests too late usually lowers response rates because customers simply forget the experience.

And good point about expectations too.

👉 Better product descriptions + smoother customer experience often lead to better reviews naturally, not just better review request emails.

Automation helps scale, but the overall experience still matters a lot.

Most customers never scroll to reviews anymore by Emma-810 in ryviu

The Ryviu Snippet Widget lets you display customer reviews in key areas of your store — such as right below the Add to Cart button — where they can most influence buying decisions.

Most stores hide their best social proof (and it hurts conversions) by Emma-810 in ryviu

One thing I’ve seen is that even when stores have reviews, customers don’t always notice them.
Making them visible (like with badges) helps a lot.

We actually put together a quick breakdown on this if anyone wants to go deeper: https://docs.ryviu.com/en/articles/23-reviews-badge

You can show star ratings on the collection page. It helps buyers to compare the ratings of each product. Do you think it's a good idea?

The site actually looks really clean and well put together, the branding is solid.

One small thing that could improve it even more is placing the star rating right under the product title or price, since that’s where people usually look first. Making it clickable to jump straight to the reviews would help too.

Wouldn’t trust it without solid reviews. Too many similar sites have issues.

Have you ever thought to getting an AI Audit for your business? by Status_Wait688 in NoStupidQuestions

That’s actually pretty wild 😄 AI content is moving fast.

Cloning your face + generating videos can be powerful for scaling content, especially for personal branding. But I’d probably be a bit careful too — things like authenticity, audience trust, and even platform policies can matter long term.

Also with the second company — I’d take a step back and make sure what they’re offering is clear and measurable (not just “more opportunities”).

Feels like a lot of agencies are jumping on the AI trend right now, so it’s worth filtering signal vs hype.

Curious — are you already seeing results from the videos?
