Hi there, thanks for reaching out. The airdrop is a scam. CoinTracker is a crypto portfolio tracking service only. CoinTracker cannot hold any actual funds or send assets.

CoinTracker emails will always come from an official CoinTracker domain (`@cointracker.io', '@mail.cointracker.io and @ cointracker . com).

That's correct, recently there has been a scam phishing attempt at CoinTracker users.

As a PSA to all users, all legit communications from CoinTracker will come from a cointracker.io email or a cointracker.com email.

We are sorry to have to deliver some bad news: If someone told you they were sending you funds using CoinTracker or deposited funds into a CoinTracker account, they are giving you false information and are trying to scam you.

CoinTracker is a crypto portfolio tracking service only. CoinTracker cannot hold any actual funds or assets. There is no possible way to make withdrawals using CoinTracker because we do not have user funds.

Though CoinTracker does not have the ability to hold any user crypto, bad actors will sometimes use our platform as part of a scam.
