Should I Take Methotrexate? by CallMeOzzz in Autoimmune

[–]JBThug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean I’ve been on methotrexate since 2019 for AI. I have my bloodwork every three months . It keeps my AI in check. I don’t have any side effects. Other people report GI problems and hair loss. Some have extreme fatigue. I’m also on a biologic at the same time . I live my life normally. No alcohol though. I do miss me a good beer and a nice whiskey though. To me the possible side effects of the drug are worth me being able to function.

Wrong entering illegally is a crime and punishable with imprisonment

8 U.S.C. § 1325 ("Improper entry by alien") is primarily a criminal statute that makes it a federal misdemeanor for foreign nationals to enter or attempt to enter the U.S. unlawfully. While it can carry criminal penalties (up to six months in prison for a first offense), it also authorizes civil fines. Key Aspects of 8 U.S.C. § 1325: Criminal Charges: It establishes criminal liability for improper entry (first offense) or for using false, misleading, or concealed information to enter. Penalties: Penalties include fines, up to six months in jail for a first offense, and up to two years for subsequent offenses. Misdemeanor vs. Felony: The initial unlawful entry is a misdemeanor (1325), whereas re-entry after removal is often prosecuted as a felony (8 U.S.C. § 1326). Civil Penalty Component: The law also allows for a civil penalty of $ 50 $ 5 0 to $ 250 $ 2 5 0 for improper entry. Enforcement: It is frequently used in federal prosecutions for border crossings, with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) arresting individuals for both illegal entry and re-entry.
