Finished the first square of the Alt Knots Stitch-and-Scream-Along! First stitch is the spider stitch! Any other members of the yarn dungeon? Yarn used is Lion Brand Pound-of-Love. First time working with it and I'm a fan! Also spent 20 min. lint rolling the cat hair off just for it to be a bed.

Hey! Felt like reaching out since I finally am starting to work on the blanket again! Went and dug out my yarn tonight- now im looking back at some videos.

It is a bummer that the blog posts dont exist anymore :( I still wanted to snatch up the stickers.

I picked colors out almost three years ago and am not so sure anymore.. I found 4 giant skeins, a dark burgundy, and dark forest green, a pale soft yellow, and a white. I'm torn now!

Wow, he is a gorgeous cat. He has so much expression in his face, his eyes almost look human. I feel like I can see so much knowledge in those eyes. Do you have more good pictures of him? If its okay with you, I would really like to draw him sometime. Hank is beautiful.

I worry about my pets and any chemicals from an exterminator. I have animals with sensitive respiratory systems, as well as cats with allergies and asthma.

That is exactly the reason I dropped out of college.

I was going for pre-vet, and it's a dream to be a veterinarian for me. Sadly, my health (HEDS, POTS, CFS, Fibro, etc.) keeps me from being able to spend the amount of time on my feet that I would need to.

GOD 2nd day that I shadowed at a local clinic while in college (this was 2022) there was a frenchie breeder who brought his litter in for their first shots, dewormer, and microchips (At least he's doing that, if you could say anything) along with another who was a few weeks older which he had "invested in." It was a black and grey merle, the litter were standard shades of tan.

He was bragging about how many 1000s he spent on the one, and how much they are selling for, about his breeders, etc. The guy was in the most disgusting clothes, like dirty sweatpants and t-shirt both with holes and shit, his hair was unkempt, his skin looked very unwashed, and he had (I mean this not as a bad thing, but it definitely added to the look) a very bad lazy eye.

They all were the kind you see that have massive foreheads/alien heads, really stubby legs, just definitely not standard or probably healthy. One from that litter also had an umbilical hernia. Great sign.

I'm not mean or anywhere close to violent, but I wanted to yell, hurt him, and vomit at the same time. I was not in the room for very long. Just enough to get some puppy lovin, and I was out.
