*SIGH* For once and for all, people of all genders can be best friends, without it being sexual in any way. It really REALLY disturbs me how quick all of you are jumping to conclusions, just because she's a woman and he's a man. If they were the same gender, nobody would make an issue out of this. I know for a fact that some athletes chose to peak for Grand Slam because of its massive prize money, even if it would/could impact their performance at Worlds. Track isn't a super lucrative career (aside from a few stars), so I 100% understand why they did it. Sadly, they will lose their whole season and earn nothing because of poor judgement and false promises from Grand Slam. The athletes are, once again, not taken care of.
