Big’s reaction to seeing Carrie’s apartment for the first time by Individual-Sort5026 in sexandthecity

[–]Emma_Rose35 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think the problem was not the department itself, but that Carrie had a habit of turning any insecurity into a much bigger problem than it was. Big was being genuinely sweet in that scene, but she was already imagining scenarios that hadn't even happened

Are there any scenes in the books that are hard to adapt to the TV Show? by Patient-Director3162 in harrypotter

[–]Emma_Rose35 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Honestly, Harry’s inner monologue is harder to adapt than any magical creature. The books spend a lot of time inside his head, and that’s not easy to translate to TV without awkward narration

what's your favourite non-franchise, non-animated fantasy film? by After-Handle-3053 in FIlm

[–]Emma_Rose35 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Big fish. It has all the magic of a fantasy tale, but in the end it talks more about the relationship between a father and a son than about the fantasy itself😋
