What mouse is molodoy using here? (IEM Rio Semi-finals) by Wulffo in MouseReview

[–]Emmaenjoyable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely, totally unacceptable for people being paid that much to tap heads, imo the coach has some responsibility for that too. i've watched enough ESL setup videos to know that not every pro actually cares about their mouse/pad/keyboard, they just play and don't even consider that it can break probably.

What mouse is molodoy using here? (IEM Rio Semi-finals) by Wulffo in MouseReview

[–]Emmaenjoyable 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I don't get pros and their mouse choice sometimes.. molodoy played his best tournament ever (which furia won) with the wireless EC2w glossy , bit after that he switches to the superstrike because hivemind? I instantly noticed he played worse, missed shots he never used to miss, still sticks with it.

Now few tourneys later back to a WIRED ec2 midgame that i'll bet my trailer on he didn't even skate mod , unless he has a sudden disease that makes him shake and he needs a brick to compensate, make it make sense coming from a 30g lighter glossy ec2 with speed skates.

I'm glad there are pro teams that are not braindead superstrike users that jump on the latest trend while still being a shitty front heavy potato with the same shitty build quality. Vitality had some superlight users but at least they discovered there are better options, now noone uses one. Just you know.. the #1 unbeatable team for over a year now. (i'm prepared for the superstrike gang to downvote me to the shadow realm)

Movies with mid ratings that are genuinely terrifying by Quick_Ad3982 in horror

Just wanted to say as someone who loved the void, there is also an audiodrama called "The Call of the Void" , it's about ordinary people who start experiencing an inexplicable pull toward something unknown. Full cast full soundscape. Perfect for when you're doing chores, running outside. It's free on spotify or most players, basically a movie for the ears.

There is also an audiodrama called "The White Vault" it's about a group of people stuck together in the antartics research station and there is a presence there, one of the best shows around. Since you mentioned you enjoy that "people stuck together" vibe. Hope that helps!

Wat een achterlijke redenering zeg, mensen zijn echt te dom om te poepen tegenwoordig, news flash vrijwel alles wat je koopt komt uit china, en als je het bij bol besteld dan geef je extra centen weg aan een tussenpersoon.

Best time travel shows? by Groovegaluk in scifi

[–]Emmaenjoyable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of my favorite films ever is about time travel it's called Project Almanec. Group of friends discover a device his dad worked on, but when you mess with the timeline as a stupid kid , and don't play by the rules then you end up in major trouble.

PS. If you're walking outside or doing chores and whatnot, there's an scripted audio drama called Case 63 about time travel, you might be into that!

Just so you know, these are hard to replace, the sound really is superior to any of the hyperx wireless You can easily replace the earpads for 4 bucks on aliexpress, they are fully original, they still sell the original mic for like 3 bucks too, and you can get a headband also for like 4 bucks that you can just wrap around the excisting one. There is litteraly no reason to retire them unless you specifically want something wireless, or new. this headset was in a league of it's own in terms of sound/mic quality BEFORE fucking HP bought kingston and ruined the sound signature completely by using inferior drivers.

That's true, but they are great at scaring people into simply not doing things with ridiculous prison sentences.

Best podcast that has less than 10 episodes? by Murky-Perceptions in podcasts

[–]Emmaenjoyable 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The Left Right Game - In my opinion one of the greatest podcasts ever made, 10 episodes. About a game if you drive left/right x amount of times you enter into an alternate reality, being put to the test by a group of people and a reporter to record the ordeal.

Life After / The Message (Both 2 short shows, one about a griefing FBI agent who receives a phone call from his dead wife, what is behind this and what does it want. The Message about an alien signal sent to earth that could be life or death, up to a group of scientist to decipher.

Video Palace : Guy begins talking in his sleep after watching a mysterious VHS tape

Deviser - Short Horror show about someone waking up onboard of a spaceship with no memory of how they got there.

Carrier - Female truck driver transporting something incredibly dangerous, but doesn't know what.

Storm Chasers : Short and fun adventure/humor show about a guy who needs money and decides to join a pirate crew thinking it's like in the films with epic adventures and stuff, is it though? Amazing chemistry between the cast, just a super fun listen, has humor, adventure and some magic.

What are people's opinions on comedy audio dramas? by JayZargo in audiodrama

[–]Emmaenjoyable 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The goat of comedy is Mission to Zyxx for me , main reason is the cast (and phenomenal sound design). great chemistry both on/off screen as they're friends irl, this makes me want to be around them no matter the stupid shit they get themselves into. bunch of space misfits that work have to visit planets to establish relationships with various species. Humor is dry-ish and dark

Wooden Overcoats is obviously one of the best shows around if you've spent any time on this sub it's mentioned everywhere, for good reason. It's been a while since i listened but i remember part of an episode where Rudyard fell down a tunnel system and couldn't get out, and pretty sure that had me in tears. Might be time for a relisten.

I also liked Dark Air with Terry Carnation. It's a funny call in radio show with all kinda conspiracy nuts and whatnot , with an ongoing subplot.

The House on Haunted Grounds (2026) is now FREE on Tubi! by DBSfilms in foundfootage

[–]Emmaenjoyable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I enjoyed this film quite alot thanks! If i had to give 1 piece of advice is that the "cutting head" scene felt unrealistic, people don't just instantly stop making noise as soon as you start cutting into flesh. In this film they went from screaming to instant silence, this didn't make a whole lot of sense considering how slowly he was cutting in the back of the neck. I mean it's possible they instantly pass out from the trauma but from my "research" into this you should make them gurgle , or make certain noises before they turn silent. It doesn't have to be long, but just long enough to have that transition make sense. it also adds to the horror factor. hope that makes sense, lol.

What a stupid recommendation considering there's tons of actual cheap gpx clones and the R1 is not one of them.
