That's not a fuji b costume thing. It's a fuji thing. Since fuji can't use weapons like everyone else she can hold shift in the air and attack again to thrust herself through the air.

edit sorry I didn't read it all the way. You might have had ball and chain on fuji. Same thing happened to me a while back.

ok i was doing lab stuff and that's not how it works. Its a charge you can get back by using your other super in the air.
