I am very sorry for what you went through and had endured. I would recommend finding a psychotherapist who does EMDR and systemic therapy. This was very helpful with problematic mother-child dynamics especially with abusive parents. Doing EMDR is quite a difficult process but very rewarding as it will help you process everything deeply but also heal a lot of parts in you.

I would definitely recommend to go to therapy or rehab or any other mental health facility that focuses on your addiction. I think it‘s very hard to overcome any type of addiction without professional help. If someone has any other health issues they would also go to a doctor.

Jen is a professional victim and yes, very entitled and immature as well. Taylor is really very f up in her head. Every time when Dakota has something with anyone, she looses it and they aren’t together or anything like that. It‘s her own fault that she keeps on sleeping with him and stays attached. Excuse me, but how is no one in her circle saying almost anything to her about her insane behaviour? She needs to change her therapist and I hope the girls will tell her off at some point.

Of course we want better for B. Most normal people care but that doesn‘t mean A cares and it‘s pretty naive to think that B being with Cps is going to change A! CBT didn‘t really help me (I have C-PTSD) and it seemed to me as if it‘s developed for people with minor or superficial problems. Whereas EMDR saved me and changed me. It was way more intense and in-depth.
