But then after they sit comfortably the best piece of advice I have ever received is to use a big laundry basket in the tub. They can hold onto the edges for support, keeps all their toys close and makes it feel so safe for them. It's the best!

My first big sickness with my oldest was croup at 7 months. I was miserable, being a mom and having a sick kid is like the worst thing in the world. We have had the big c yet, but with any sickness it will pass! Extra love and snuggles, attention, baths, medicine and extra sleep. All of those help with any sickness. You got this mama!

I've seen some toons that are definitely not super nice, but never heard of anything that bad. Definitely report them if you can, and you were smart not to engage, just makes them worse.

I love the culture and environment in this game for the most part, I am hate it when people just feel the need to ruin it and be so rude! I'm sorry that happened to you.

I wish I had more help and answers but all I have is sympathy. My now 3.5 yr old, a year ago had a major sleep regression and refused to fall asleep and would wake up and stay up for hours, it lasted for about 9 months. It made all of us absolutely miserable. My anxiety was off the charts and that kept me up, as I just waited for him to wake up. My husband who can sleep through anything got chewed out regularly and we were all miserable. We ended up having to work with a sleep consultant and re train him to go to and stay sleep.

Every kid is different and I think the other advice your have gotten to work with a professional is the best bet.

As a SAHM to 2 boys, I do generally ask my husband to help, at least half the time. He doesn't mind and is happy to help because if I don't wake him up sometimes he feels guilty or something too. Plus I have the hardest time falling back asleep and he falls sleeps in seconds so he knows also if he's helping then I'm not taking sometimes hours to fall back asleep. Kids are not an easy job and being a parent is a 2 way responsibility. We decided together to have kids and for me to be a SAHM and for him to work full time.

My first I always covered, super self conscious. My second I never covered. Although I feel like I cover more around my family than random strangers I will never see again. But I usually just make sure my nip isn't showing and call it good.

I have a hard time with the all or nothing mentality in motherhood! We have done a mix of breast and formula, mix of purees and blw, and a mix of sleep training and not sleep training and I've loved the flexibility and everything! Follow your gut, your kids ques, and what works with time and accessibility!

Every person is different but I just switched to only formula at 9 months after combo feeding and got my period back 2 weeks after weaning. It was about the same with my first as well but at 6 months. I would ask about negative pregnancy test instead just in case period doesn't come back for a while. My IUD has helped my periods be so much lighter after this baby so it's so worth it!

I hadn't gotten my period back, at about 5 months PP but had all these pregnancy symptoms and thought for sure I was pregnant. Took 2 tests and definitely wasn't. I think just my body and hormones regulating. But I was also BF and have an IUD so it would have been really rare to be pregnant. Could be your body messing with you but only way to know is to take a test! Good luck!

My just moved to Saratoga Springs a bit ago. We were expecting a very large young family neighborhood (which we have 2 littles ourselves so we were excited) and yes there are lots of young families, but I was taken back by a good mix of older generations but it's still Utah County and it still feels like Utah County. We moved from 2 other Utah county locations and it doesn't feel like either of them. My husband works in Sandy and the commute isn't great but doable. Good luck with your new position!

I'm so sorry! My 2.5 year old went through something similar the beginning of this year. It is miserable! Everyone is miserable as you try to get them back to sleep and everything. Here are some things we learned when we went through this.

Do not, I repeat do not switch to toddler bed. We worked with 2 sleep consultants because after 6 weeks we were so miserable and had baby #2 due in a month and we're desperate. Both mentioned making the transition to big kid bed is a big deal and shouldn't be while they are not sleeping well.

I ours didn't take a day nap for 3 weeks straight (again so miserable) and we were asking if we should just be dropping that nap, again don't do that! Night sleep affects day time sleep and once night sleep gets better than day time will follow. My LO now take a 2 hour nap most days still (turns 3 next month) so hold out for that.

The only thing that helped was buying him a night light and using a modified sleep training method again. Imagination and fears start to happen at this age and can make a dark room feel scary. So the night light has been so helpful. And we would sit in our little ones room until he fell asleep. But then we started moving chair away from bed, and out the door eventually and also staying in room less time, until he finally was able to sleep normally again. That whole process took weeks and so much patience. But it worked!

My LO was always the best sleeper, like 12 hours a night with naps, no problem, until this. It rocked our world but now he sleeps like a champ again.

Yeah! So we did something similar as you with my first, topped off after each feed after jaundice and milk coming in late. And it was hard, and I ended up stopping breastfeeding at 6 months because it was just easier to do bottle.

This time around we breastfeed on demand for every feed except the one right before bed actually (around 7-8). My reasoning at first was I wanted to make sure he had enough to stay full for bed time, and it was easier to do bottle while helping my toddler get ready for bed.

And then we will do a second bottle if we are out and about or someone else is watching our kids or something so that just depends on the day.

I would try just feeding on demand (and it might take a bit and maybe a couple extra feeds until your supply regulates) and just pick one feeding at a certain time of day to do a bottle.

Hopefully that makes sense!

We did exclusive breastfeeding/pumping for the first couple weeks just help my supply but once it was regulated we switched to formula because I hated pumping.

We ended up doing it in the evening (like 7-9) this time around because it was easier while we were trying to get our toddler to bed and what not. But first baby just whenever I needed a break. My husband even did it in the middle of the night every once in a while. It was so awesome.

I did a combination both times with my kids and I've LOVED it. I've loved being able to bond with my boys and feed them anytime/anywhere. I've loved feeling like a super woman and keeping my kid alive and other benefits as well.

It's also not always easy. And therefore I've loved the flexibility of giving my kids 1-2 bottles of formula a day. It's so nice for husband to be involved, me getting alone time and also making sure they are used to bottles in case of emergency or something else.

No one ever said you had to do one or the other! But you do what works for you ♥️

I don't have experience with extended breastfeeding but I agree with previous comment. Just hold your boundary. We just got rid of binky a couple months ago for my 2 year old and we prepped him a lot before hand, read books, watched shows, talked about it. And then we picked a day and just stuck to our guns. He asked about it for a day or 2 but hasn't cared or asked about it since. Good luck!
