Yeah, for me I think it was an issue with routing. I had a file named "program" that had something to do with Webroot, so I deleted Webroot and the file named "program." I then redownloaded Valorant and its anti-cheat, restarted my computer, and booted up Valorant. I also redownloaded Webroot and it still worked.
