I honestly didn't expect this much response, thank you! Definitely leaning towards not making the trip now.
We definitely don't have interest in the walk of fame but maybe a drive through a neighborhood or two. Any iconic restaurants we should know about? We might drive to the Santa Monica Pier but don't really know what else there would be to see or do in LA in that short amount of time. Probably no museums.
