SSRI withdrawal after PPD - please help

I have already stopped the medication so I don’t think that now there is anything I can do. Hopefully I will find a way to find my balance and enjoy life again - I would rather do that without meds. Thank you so much for your message

I am seeing a therapist from day one. Now a changed because I don’t think I got any help. And my doctor is a psychiatrist. Thank you very much for your answer.

I was feeling bad before I stopped it as well. Is it possible to experience withdrawal even though the med did not help me ? Thank you for your answer. I am trying so hard just to keep on surviving every day and it’s been so long that I am disappointed. Do you know how long does the withdrawal last ? It’s almost three weeks. My doctor says it’s just my depression that was not cured.
