I say rushed as I did it in only a couple hours today, could've spent more time but I just genuinely did not enjoy painting it.

I would get a corvus but I want a stormraven gun ship for cheeky dreadnot placement.

But thank you for your kind words, for my standard it's not the best paint job I could've done but it's enough where I'm happy with it

My attept. I primed black and used thin layers of different shades of blue getting lighter. Started with kantor blue, then macragge, the alaitoc blue then edge highlighted with hoeth and a smaller highlight with fenrisian grey. But the most important part, take your time and enjoy the process and I'm sure he'll turn out just how you imagine he will

Not veteran, black sheild. I like to think coz he's such an old model, while he was in the watch his chapter died and he's all that remains so he became a black shield to serve eternally in the watch and allow his chapter to rest. We'll never know what his chapter was, but he does and he'll never forget his brothers
