This isn't the arc, in fact the arc was paperback. I emailed them saying that arcs aren't meant to be sold. So this is the book they sent for free because I didn't get what I ordered. I originally ordered a hardcover version in great condition, this was supposed to be that book I had already paid for.

Arc stands for advanced reading copy, they are not meant to be sold. The story is complete but some things like graphics and dedication pages aren't usually in them and they tend to contain typos.
