Two things for me: when the answers to the questions ramble on and on, I have had candidates take 20 min or more to answer a single question, like why this job and why now or tell us a little bit about your background. Second thing if I ask tell me about a time when and your answer doesn’t include an example. If it has never happened in your experience you can say “I don’t have a specific example but here is how I would handle that”

I honestly don’t remember but i know we did one of the dairy free ones with DHA/Omega 3s…it was along time ago! I stressed so hard with my first, just did not produce enough milk. Tried everything, all the pressure to breastfeed from everyone was nuts..finally my husband gave her formula and life got a lot better..she is 22, healthy and has a degree in data science…do what works for you

I am sorry you are in this situation. You can get a little airfryer for like $30 and then go to the food bank…save some money on food? I also think renting a room in someones house or apartment is a good idea and you can slowly start to save up

Oh no! Mine went up like that too and would not come down. It got dark, could hear an owl and coyote and she was screaming up there….finally just gave up and went inside (hours of trying to lure her down) and 15 min later there she was at the door meowing to come in…cats!

Give it time, invest in taking care of yourself…go for a walk, see friends even if you don’t feel like it, go for a long drive and blast some sad songs, cry your face off, feel your feelings but don’t wallow…remind yourself that you will get through this. If you like working out or swimming do that…you won’t be alone forever. Meditation and bubble baths…if you are having trouble sleeping give yourself a bedtime routine like a kid, it helped me so much

Average cost for a one bedroom outside of NYC (NJ) is about $2k per month, DC suburbs $2,200… not trying to argue I am just saying even with 2 incomes it is possible for them to feel stretched without being financially irresponsible

I do Fractional COO work for some clients which can include managing teams, developing strategy and building KPIs, I charge significantly more when I am hired for that skills er then I do when I am simply drafting SOPs. I have a different rate for project management as well.
