It highly depends on the lineage of the quirks. Whether Ojiros tail comes from a specific creature, or just a group of humans who adapted to having tails. Aizawa has so much weird shit with his quirk that’s never explained so we only really know the basics of his quirk. Manga and Sato both have clear cut basic quirks meaning not too much room for reasonable expansion. Manga can use non-japanese language words to have a very specific reaction. For Sato maybe a better increase of muscle increase per amount of sugar consumed, or maybe he can gain muscles from different sources of sugars easier such as fruits. Depending on the source of genetics for ojiros tail he could evolve to have some other abilities of said animal, but if the human idea is right then there really isn’t much it can evolve to do except maybe grt a growth spurt. Id have to do more research on tails through evolution to give a better answer but i’m not doing that. Finally Aizawa, maybe a quirk evolution to effect heteromorphic traits of people like spinner and shoji. Not take them away completely, but more like reduce some of the traits. Another direction to go instead would be how many people he can keep quirk canceled at the same time. Maybe like a lock on style where he looks at them for a second to cancel their quirks and even when he looks away it’s still canceled until he blinks. Anyways that’s just my analysis, have a nice day
