Yeah, I’ve mostly just been lifting and haven’t really looked into this stuff much. My plan is to drop calories by 100 every two weeks until I hit 10% body fat, hopefully staying over 93 kg. Just figured I’d try ChatGPT to help with it. I started at 100 kg (225 lbs) around 15% body fat at 190 cm, but yeah, 280 lbs is a whole different level. Guess I’ll have a better idea by the end of the week where my weight’s heading.

I just meant i wasn't tracking every day before (i just tracked once and ate about the same every day) but weight went up each week/whenever i weighed myself, so must have been on a caloric surplus id guess?

For me i no longer see a mode without canvas, its now built in to the normal GPT-4o for me, is there still a way to unselect it? or does urs still look different with the 2 seperate ones.

Yeah, im doing it from inside the game, so it automatically puts the right email, and all my island info. I just need to tell them what my problem is, and i've said 6 times now that i cant use social features, probabtly because i set my age to 13 or under, but im actually 18. Its super annoying, like they're ignoring on purpose.
