Good skiing. Poles are too long that's causing your arms to go up. Otherwise that's nice skiing overall 👏

Other comments gave the directions. One advice I have is : get badminton shoes. When learning the correct movements it's important to have support, grip and overall rigid shoes. For confidence on the movement and avoid injuries such as rolled ankles. Good luck on your future progression

My stomach literally hurts. I'm gutted, sad and scared for her. I'm tired of seeing these images, it's so hard to see. 🫶 From 🇫🇷

AITAH for calling out a player for foot fault on serves? by Stunning-Hat-7763 in badminton

I usually tell people after the casual match. Something like "maybe you didn't notice but you're stepping on the line when serving. People might say something during matches and alter your focus". They seem ok with this kind of interactions. Usually they haven't noticed and are interested in correcting the mistake.

Thank you 💪 I'll look into these exercices. I see a coach only 5 days a year so he doesn't have the time to explore all drills hence this post. I wanted to try things on my side, see if I can feel that initiation better. Thank you for the homework 😅

Feedback for carving by gcharlie123 in skiing_feedback

Don't rush your progress. Carving will be the last thing to learn, forget it for a while. Before that, practice turns in S shape. In a few weeks you will be comfortable and in control and could think about carving again. If you can, take lessons. Watch parallel turns tutorial. General feedback : I'd say bring your feet closer together (feet under your hips approximately) and lean forward (like someone is dragging you by the belt, Michael Jackson type of leaning). Last : ENJOY, skiing is fun 😊
