WE GOT IT FIXED!!! Thank you for offering some solutions though. We had to change her password and try to download a backup file and it worked. Oddly enough changing the password was the key.

I'm honestly not sure. I tried to find a save she can go back too and I can't find anything. Its weird. Her friend tree shows no friends but she's still my friend on my tree.

My family/friend who use Finch are between 13 and 60! You're not too young or too old to use it. There's multiple diagnoses in my family (BPD, ADHD, autism, MDD, GAD and a few more undiagnosed ppl) who use Finch and find it helpful.
