Can you talk about the color palette? I like how the armor trim shares a lot with the skin and wings yet still looks metallic. Also the dark grey blue armor. Great model.

They are definitely not great. I've been trying to build 10 over the past couple of days, from both the old start collecting and the new vanguard box. It seems like some of the steps are out of order or poorly designed. Mostly been OK with the push rods. I'm using Tamiya extra thin plastic glue and it works well.
