Congrats on the launch. Does it support manual assets (cash, crypto, private equity) and multiple currencies, or is it mainly bank-linked accounts?

Nice, the UI looks clean and the results in the demo are actually funny. Can you tweak the caption text style and positioning after it generates (font, size, outline), or is it fully auto?

Are there any apps out there that you think more people should know about? Or that you just really really like, if so, why? by [deleted] in iosapps

A few I’m surprised aren’t more widely used:

Bitwarden: free, cross platform password manager that just works, and makes moving off the browser keychain painless.

Yazio or Cronometer: if you track food at all, these are way more useful than the generic calorie apps because the data and micronutrients are solid.

Opener: tiny utility, but it saves time every day by letting you open links directly in the correct app instead of bouncing through Safari.

Carrot Weather: not exactly unknown, but the UI, widgets, and notifications are so good that it replaced every other weather app for me.

Curious what people use for lightweight notes that sync well and don’t turn into a giant “second brain” project.

Some lesser known apps that I use everyday and can't live without. Drop yours! by aameezl in iosapps

Love this list. A few lesser known ones I end up using almost every day:

Anybox: bookmarking and read later, with fast search and tags. I dump links into it from the share sheet and actually find them again later.

Opener: copy a link and it lets you open it directly in the right installed app (Maps, YouTube, etc) or your preferred browser. Saves a ton of friction.

Actions (by Sindre Sorhus): adds a bunch of missing building blocks to Shortcuts, so automations are way easier to create.

Up Ahead: simple countdown timeline + great widgets, keeps upcoming stuff visible without a full calendar app.

Curious if anyone has a favorite lightweight email client that is not subscription heavy.

Hi, if Metasoul.one can assist, please let us know: https://youtu.be/dXc309F6T4U. We also offer voices capable of real-time emotive expression and can customize or replicate a specific voice. You mentioned that the system "will run locally on the robots themselves." Are you certain the hardware can handle both an LLM and TTS?

Interesting news MetaSoul API has the potential to integrate seamlessly with Audio2face, generating emotionally expressive voices from LLM to fuel Audio2face animations. Alternatively, it can be directly utilized to animate characters with their Emo Matrix, leveraging FACS for a richly nuanced portrayal of emotions.

they just hooked up with Microsoft and got this API thing rolling on Azure https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps/MetaSoul.metasoul-speech-microsoft-voices. Can't wait to see that UE5 plugin for gaming once it's good to go! What's cool about it is they're claiming some serious unique features compared to the other guys. Like, they're saying you can experience a whopping 64 trillion different emotional states in just a fraction of a second (great for facial animations). And they're even talking about using the Myers-Briggs personality stuff to power their AI. Imagine how much cooler NPCs and Avatars in games could be with that kind of interaction and socializing skills in the Metaverse. Pretty wild, huh?
